I still laugh whenever I see that they cancel schools in Middle Tennessee for this, I mean I am from Wisconsin and am so used to snow measurements in feet.
I do understand that we simply do not have enough snow to justify the costs for salt trucks and plows, however the roads were dry. They should have simply opened up the schools later.
Regardless of all of that, it still is pretty.
