QotD: Top 5 Video Games
What's on your Top 5 video games list?

I have played video games since before the Atari ever hit shelves. My first home system was an Odyssey2, so I can say without a doubt, that my 5 games are some of the best ever constructed or played.
The graphics may not be the best in some of these, but the gameplay had me hooked for basically forever.
These are in order from my least favorite to my bestest favorite.
5. World of Warcraft - This game has been fun through and through. A little too fun if you catch my meaning.
4. Half Life - The game that scared the crud out of me. This is one of the only games that really made me feel a part of the storyline and action. Really pulled me in.
3. Final Fantasy VII - While I had played the other FF games, this is the one that is the closest and dearest to me. In fact, this is the one game that pulled me in on an emotional level and almost made me cry.... almost...
2. Relentless: Twinsen's Adventure (AKA Little Big Adventure) - This world was one of the most bizarre and beautiful worlds I ever played in. The game was very hard and the characters very well liked and cute. The character had 4 different modes to be in and depending on the mode, you could do different things. I took me 2 days to find aggresive mode. lol... if I had only RTFM'd.
1. Tie Fighter - The absolute best game I ever played. Between the 360 rotation, the storyline and the being yelled at by Darth Vader. I cannot think of a game that tops it. As you accomplished the secret mission within the main mission, you would eventually gain favor and rank with the Emperor through his secret organization of the Hand. You did not just blast things away either. Some missions all you had to do was patrol and scan cargo and occasionally the rebel forces fleeing Hoth would be hiding within. Once discovered by you, the player, the Empire would send in a ship to dock and take them into custody.

Oh man FF7 - the BEST out of the entire series. None of the others had anywhere near the emotional impact that this game had.
