Ok, I talked to some friends of mine and they gave me a good argument as to why I should not simply vanish into the nether of the intertron.

I agreed with them.

I did delete basically every single profile to every other site and even vandalized my own MySpace profile.

However, I will not decimate my Vox account.
Like I said, my friends are closer to me than my own family (Outside of wife and kids of course) and so for them I will stay in this one area.

This one tiny slice of my life will remain.

So yeah, my emo moment is done for now.

So, saying that, I did find a very funny video today that I want to share with you. So perhaps, your friendship added in with this video and some Maggie Moos... and I am feeling pretty happy.

I'm glad you're sticking around. Just keep focused on the family who love you and the friends that care about you - they're the ones who are there for you, and that's important to keep in mind.

Sometimes I can get so blinded by emotion and a kind of subtle rage that all I want to do is take off and hide.

So I vent, I get pissed off...then I march away and then someone sends me a "Hey wanna talk"? email and then some ice cream and funny videos later I am back in the saddle.

I am staying because of my awesome friends.

Hey thanks, nah I am not super concerned if someone comments. What matters is I got over it and had a good talk with some pals.

Even had that devil of all devils Potty Mouth call me to see how I was doing.

The really cool thing about Vox is you don't even have to delete your account when you want to run and hide - you can just turn everything to hidden and walk away for a while...and then if / when you decide to come back, it (and your Vox friends) are right there waiting for you :-)

YEAH you're staying thats good to hear. We all have our moments lol. I think thats when we find out who are real friends are.

I did the "destroy my online existence" thing just recently. Couldn't stick to it, though, which is how I wound up here on Vox. Glad you're not pulling the cord.

Yes and thank you for the email, I have not had enough time to respond yet and I also wanted to take some time to think things through.

ITs good to think things through. Take your time getting back its all good. I am sure you were flooded with emails.

Yeah, that is a video I watch routinely when life gets too hot to handle.. Being Indian, and knowing the context, it is doubly hilarious. Trust me, the original words (in my native language- Tamil) are just as idiotic.

lol oh no, do you happen to know if there is translated lyrics anywhere? lol I must see.

I'll try and translate it for you tomorrow... i.e. if I don't drop down dead laughing.
