Let's Talk Drugs

oh no! We will pray for your sis, Mainmor
That's horrible! I thought you had to have a search warrant or the driver's permission to search a vehicle. Or maybe it's different here in California. I hope things work out for your sister. I'm sure when DHS makes a visit, they'll see what a nice home she has and that she's a good mom. Personally if I was your sister I would be pissed at my boyfriend for driving around with pot in his car.

Witch hunt?

Try FRAUD, HARASSMENT, PROFILING, FALSE ASSUMPTIONS, and just plain rediculous.

HE got caught. -They have NO GOOD escuse to start harassing everyone he comes into contact with.

If it makes these LOSERS happy to come check (simpler to just do a dope test) then f*** 'em. -Just get it over with. I'm sure they'll QUICKLY discover they've made a mistake by even CONSIDERING you all as his associates.

I've seen, and heard of many, many fatalities associated with alcohol, but never weed related, and there's many WORSE things that people could be involved in.

Prosecuting for weed is just another state-created method of legally robbing people.

The MFR's in this world, I swear...

-Sorry to hear this D.

The kicker is he knows he is a bad driver. But still I cannot see where they have any right to look in his wallet and question all the people in his photo album.
You're absolutely right about looking in his wallet. I can't believe they did that, or that they searched his car. I hope your sister-in-law and her boyfriend talk to a lawyer about all of this.
Nasty indeed. I agree with Lilia - they need to speak with someone about this.
